1. Age :18 to 45 years old patient.
2.Isolated acl injury or acl injuries with grade 1,2 meniscal injury.
3. Patient of either gender
4. Patient medically fit for surgery
5. Patient willing to participate in the study with voluntarily given consent.
1. Acl injuries with avulsion injuries or associated intraarticular condylar fractures.
2. Multiligamentous injuries.
3. Meniscal injuries requiring partial /total menisectomy/meniscal repair
4. Pre existing congenitaldevelopmentalcollagen disease
5. Infected knee joint.
6. Previous surgery in ipsilateral limb.
7. Knee arthritis patient
8. Revision acl surgery.
