Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age :18 to 45 years old patient.
- •2\.Isolated acl injury or acl injuries with grade 1,2 meniscal injury.
- •3\. Patient of either gender
- •4\. Patient medically fit for surgery
- •5\. Patient willing to participate in the study with voluntarily given consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Acl injuries with avulsion injuries or associated intraarticular condylar fractures.
- •2\. Multiligamentous injuries.
- •3\. Meniscal injuries requiring partial /total menisectomy/meniscal repair
- •4\. Pre existing congenitaldevelopmentalcollagen disease
- •5\. Infected knee joint.
- •6\. Previous surgery in ipsilateral limb.
- •7\. Knee arthritis patient
- •8\. Revision acl surgery.
