Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children with spastic diplegia with GMFCS level II and III
- •Both males and females
- •Aged between 8\-15 years
- •Voluntarily participation
- •Consent form duly signed by the parents.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who received botulinum toxin injections or surgical procedures for spasticity treatment within the 3 months prior to the intervention.
- •Any serious medical conditions in which a physician suggested that exercise is contraindicated.
- •Children other than spastic diplegic type of cerebral palsy.
- •Children with severe cognitive disability.
