Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA physical status I & II
2.Scheduled for traumatic lower limb orthopedic surgeries under subarachnoid block
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.Uncontrolled hypertension
3.Allergy to any drug
4.Cardiac,Respiratory and Neurological dysfunction
5.Sedative drugs consumption
6.Any contraindication for subarachnoid block
7.Height of block above T8
8.Tumor and vascular surgeries of lower limbs
