Inclusion Criteria

Individuals receiving single-rod contraceptive implant services at the Family Planning and Postpartum Unit

Exclusion Criteria

1. Individuals receiving contraceptive implant services with more than one tube.
2. Individuals requiring removal of existing contraceptive implants and insertion of new implants during the same visit.
3. Individuals with olfactory problems, such as respiratory infections, nasal disorders, and sinusitis.
3. Patients with psychotic disease.
4. Individuals with a history of allergy to volatile fragrant oils.
5. Individuals who do not consent to participate in the research.
