Inclusion Criteria
Age group between 30-70yrs will be included in the study.
Type II Diabetes mellitus with Fasting Blood Sugar: 126-180mg/dl, or Post Prandial Blood Sugar: 180-260mg/dl or HbA1c >6.5.
Informed written consent will be obtained from the included patients
Exclusion Criteria
Type I Diabetes mellitus.
Type II Diabetes mellitus associated other systemic disorders or complications like congestive cardiac failure, chronic renal failure, Systemic vasculitis, cerebrovascular disease.
Type II Diabetes mellitus patients who are on insulin injection.
Gestational diabetes, pregnant and the lactating women.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The assessment of effect of treatment will be done on the basis of change in clinical signs and symptoms of Madhumeha by giving suitable scoring. <br/ ><br>Effect will also be assessed on changes in blood parameters especially blood glucose levels.Timepoint: 30 days
