This study is a clinical study To Evaluate The Efficacy Of jalaukavacharna and Aaragavadhadi Taila in the management of the Shwitra w.s.r. To Vitiligo.there will be 2 group in the study ,in group A
randomly selected and clinically diagnosed 20 patient of Shwitra(Vitiligo) .group A will be given intervention by jalaukavacharana ,and 20 patientof group B randomly selected and clinicaly
diagnose will be apply jalaukavacharna along with Aaragavadhadi Taila trial will be conducted for a period of 6 weeks .follow up of the case will be done after completion of 6 Weeks course on the basis of primary and secondary outcomes. The data will be analyzed scientifically and statiscally.

- •Patient having clinical sign and symptoms of Shwitra Duration of the disense being less than one year Age between 16-60 years Sex both male and female Patient who are willing to participate in the study Those ready to give written informed consent Jalouka-avacharana yogya patients as per classics text Patient having Size of patches up to 10 cm² Patient having no of patches up to 4.
排除标准
- •Patients who are not agree for written consent Duration of the disease more than one year HIV, HBsAg positive patient.
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Hypertension.
- •Not willing undergo trial Jalouka-avacharana ayogya patients as per classics text Age below 16 year and above 60 years.
- •Patient having Size of patches more than 10 cm³ Patient having No of patches more than 4.
