all patients in this age group planned for elective cholecystectomy
Exclusion Criteria
1.Acute Cholecystitis.
2. Gangrenous Cholecystitis.
3. Patients receiving anti-coagulants.
4.Patients with perforated gall bladder.

No. of patients requiring post operatibe intra-abdominal drain <br/ ><br>4. Conversion rate from Laparoscopic to open surgery <br/ ><br>5. Post operative pain by Visual Analogue Scale <br/ ><br>6. Length of hospital StayTimepoint: Data will be collected at three time points - preoperative (eg clinical history), intra operative (eg operative time ) and post-operative (eg length of stay)
