Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients admitted to the National Rehabilitation Center as patients with brain lesions and outpatients who wish to undergo driving rehabilitation;
  • \- a person over the age of 19
  • \- A person who becomes the cognitive level required for driving (K\-MMSE\-2: 24 points or higher)
  • \- A person who can sit independently and withstand resistance (Sitting Balance Normal Grade or higher)
  • \- A person who can operate by supplementing a physical disability using an auxiliary device;
  • \- A person with less than five years of driving experience among those with more than two years of driving experience;
  • \- Person who agrees to participate in the study (providing voluntary consent)

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- If CPAD inspection results are not successful
  • \- Inability to communicate due to cognitive impairment or aphasia
  • \- A person who has a limited range of joint motion in the body joint and is not supplemented by using auxiliary equipment;
  • \- A person who does not use a driving assistance device
  • \- A person who has not obtained a driver's license or has no driving experience after obtaining it
  • \- Skin disease or open wound
  • \- If the sitting position cannot be maintained for more than 10 minutes for evaluation
  • \- If you have a psychiatric condition
  • \- If it is difficult to use the virtual reality simulator due to severe dizziness
  • \- a person who has severe motion sickness
