Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients admitted to the National Rehabilitation Center as patients with brain lesions and outpatients who wish to undergo driving rehabilitation;
- •\- a person over the age of 19
- •\- A person who becomes the cognitive level required for driving (K\-MMSE\-2: 24 points or higher)
- •\- A person who can sit independently and withstand resistance (Sitting Balance Normal Grade or higher)
- •\- A person who can operate by supplementing a physical disability using an auxiliary device;
- •\- A person with less than five years of driving experience among those with more than two years of driving experience;
- •\- Person who agrees to participate in the study (providing voluntary consent)
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- If CPAD inspection results are not successful
- •\- Inability to communicate due to cognitive impairment or aphasia
- •\- A person who has a limited range of joint motion in the body joint and is not supplemented by using auxiliary equipment;
- •\- A person who does not use a driving assistance device
- •\- A person who has not obtained a driver's license or has no driving experience after obtaining it
- •\- Skin disease or open wound
- •\- If the sitting position cannot be maintained for more than 10 minutes for evaluation
- •\- If you have a psychiatric condition
- •\- If it is difficult to use the virtual reality simulator due to severe dizziness
- •\- a person who has severe motion sickness
