- •patient undergoing radial arterial puncture as routine or emergency procedure.
- •patients with GCS score of 12-15
排除标准
- •patients with allen test negative
- •patients having radial artery fistula
- •patients with history of cold stress
- •patients with history of drug allergy towards the ethyl chloride spray
- •patients with decreased sign of consciousness
- •patients not signing the consent form
