Inclusion Criteria

The patients with clinical diagnosis of De Quervain's tenosynovitis including pain and swelling around styloid process of radius and positive Finkelstein test who have symptoms more than 4 weeks. Exclusion criteria: The patients with acute symptom less than 4 weeks; history of direct trauma or fracture of wrist; previous history of local injection or surgery around styloid process of radius; uncontrolled concomitant disease such as diabetes mellitus or coagulopathy; abnormal findings in blood tests and radiography of wrist.
