1.Patients between the age group of 16-50 years of either sex will be selected
for the study.
2. Patients having hemoglobin percentage below 13 -14 gm/dl in male and below 12-13 g/dl in females were included in the study.
3. History of Gara Visha intake.
Haemoglobin percentage: Below 8 g/dl in Male and below 6 gm/dl in Female.
2. Pregnant women, lactating women.
Chronicity of Anemia more than 5 years.
4.Non willing patient .
5.Patients having severe diseases like known HIV, known Tuberculosis, Hypertension, uncontrolled DM and known Cardiac patients etc.
6. Patients with major complications like restlessness, shortness of breath etc.
