•1.Patients between the age group of 16-50 years of either sex will be selected
•for the study.
•2. Patients having hemoglobin percentage below 13 -14 gm/dl in male and below 12-13 g/dl in females were included in the study.
•3. History of Gara Visha intake.

•Haemoglobin percentage: Below 8 g/dl in Male and below 6 gm/dl in Female.
•2. Pregnant women, lactating women.
•Chronicity of Anemia more than 5 years.
•4.Non willing patient .
•5.Patients having severe diseases like known HIV, known Tuberculosis, Hypertension, uncontrolled DM and known Cardiac patients etc.
•6. Patients with major complications like restlessness, shortness of breath etc.
