Inclusion Criteria
1.Age group 6 years to 16 years age of either sex.
2.Pre-diagnosed cases of T1DM (Juvenile diabetes)
3.Patients having FBS >=126mg/dl, PPBS >=200 mg/dl, HbA1c >=6.5%
Exclusion Criteria
1.Children below 6 years and above 16 years.
2.Children with tendency to have recurrent DKA (Diabetic Keto Acidosis).
3.Children with complication of disease like diabetic foot etc.
4.Children with other infectious disease such as TB etc, other metabolic disease, other endocrinal disease, genetic anomalies etc.
