A frequent public health issue that results in severe knee pain and functional disability is osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Total knee replacement (TKR) is a common orthopaedic procedure used to relieve pain and restore function in patients with advanced knee joint disease. Three most common used techniques are medial parapatellar approach, medial subvastus approach and medial midvastus approach. The aim of the study is to find out superiority between medial sub-vastus, medial mid-vastus and the medial parapatellar approach in the total knee replacement technique. This study aims to find out superiority between the medial subvastus, medial midvastus and the medial parapatellar approach in the total knee replacement technique.

- •A severe Knee Osteoarthritis patient undergoing total knee replacement
- •Those who are willing to participate in study.
排除标准
- •1.Patient who will lose follow up
- •Patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis
- •Ankylosed knee for Total Knee Replacement Surgery
- •Severe Varus deformity of more then 20 degrees.
