Inclusion Criteria
Patient presenting symptoms of
1.pain in neck which radiates to the both or either of the upper extremities
2. pain in lower back which radiates to the both or either anterior or posterior and lateral aspect of the lower extremities, associated with numbness in perineum to inter-gluteal region
3.Pain in testis
Exclusion Criteria
1.Age group : below 20years and above 65 years
2.Pregnancy woman
3.Lactating mother
4.TB spine
5.Malignancy
