Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Advice seekers: Having an oncological disease, stating problems and/or counselling needs regarding the occupational situation (from training to retirmement phase), age of majority, sufficient German skills, no cognitive limitations that impede participiation in surveys or interviews, and informed consent.
- •2\) Counsellors: Trained career guides who offer the intervention. Written consent is required.
- •3\) Representatives of the sponsors / allocators: Written consent is required.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Advice seekers: Insufficient knowledge of German or cognitive limitations/impairments that prevent the interview or participation in the survey.
