(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 depressive episode; In the patients with mild depressive episode, the score of HAMD-17 scale was 8 > and <= 17.
(2) Aged 18 to 55 years;
(3) have no previous history of serious organic brain diseases and physical diseases, can understand the contents of the scale and cooperate with the treatment;
(4) no previous history of mental illness;
(5) right-handed;
(6) Do not drink caffeinated beverages, do not drink alcohol, do not smoke during the intervention;
(7) Voluntary participation in clinical research and consent to sign informed consent.
(1) organic mental disorders, or depression related to psychoactive and non-addictive substances;
(2) Have other family history of mental illness such as: dementia, schizophrenia, mania, addiction, etc.;
(3) those who cannot understand the contents of the scale and cannot evaluate the efficacy;
(4) do not cooperate with the treatment plan or fear acupuncture.
