Inclusion Criteria
1)All pregnant woman in second trimester (4th-7th month Garbhini by charkokta garbhini Paricharya)
2)Patient willing to undergo garbhini paricharya
3)Haemoglobin percentage 9gm/dl and above
4)Blood pressure <130/90 mmHg in 1st trimester
Exclusion Criteria
1)Bad obstetric history
2)Major systemic illness K/C/O Hypertension, Diabetis Mellitus, Heart disease
3)Haemoglobin percentage <9 gm/dl
4)Multiple pregnancy
5)1st and 2nd trimester of pregnancy
