(1) Patients with an Injury Severity Score (ISS) of 9 or higher
(2) Patients with an Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) chest score of 3 or 4
(3) Patients aged equal or more than 19 years (at the time of the trauma)
(4) Patients who agree to the purpose of the study and provide written informed consent.
(1) Patients who cannot provide the information necessary for the research due to cognitive impairment
(2) Patients unable to cooperate with the data collection process due to traumatic brain injury
(3) In cases of multiple trauma, patients with an AIS score of 4 or higher in sites other than the chest
(4) Patients with an AIS abdomen score of 3 or higher or who underwent abdominal surgery
(5) Patients with an AIS spine score of 3 or higher
(6) Patients who had prevalent pain around the chest injury site before the chest trauma (within 1 year of the time of the injury)
(7) Patients unable to participate in face-to-face/online/telephone interviews on their own or with assistance.
