Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Video\-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy
  • •2\) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I\-III class
  • •3\) 20 Years to 75 Years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) previous history of allergy to local anesthetics
  • •2\)psychological disorder
  • •3\)chronic analgesics or sedatives use
  • •4\)coagulopathy
  • •5\)local infection at injection site
  • •6\)systemic infection
  • •7\)Pregnancy
