Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Video\-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy
- •2\) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I\-III class
- •3\) 20 Years to 75 Years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) previous history of allergy to local anesthetics
- •2\)psychological disorder
- •3\)chronic analgesics or sedatives use
- •4\)coagulopathy
- •5\)local infection at injection site
- •6\)systemic infection
- •7\)Pregnancy
