Clinical outcomes include reoperation, loss of fixation, and change of mobility.

- non-displaced femoral neck fracture
- community ambulator
Exclusion Criteria
- younger than 18 years
- displaced femoral neck fracture
- intertrochanteric fracture
- subtrochanteric fracture
