入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with primary pterygium.
- •Adults (18 years and older).
排除标准
- •Patients with recurrent pterygium, severe ocular conditions, such as advanced glaucoma, corneal dystrophy, or significant ocular surface disease.
- •Combined surgical procedures at the time of surgery like trabeculectomy, cataract surgery.
- •Macular degeneration or any other retinal pathology were excluded.
- •With systemic connective tissue disorders.
- •Inability to give informed consent.
