1.Elders of 50 years and above.
2. Both male and female.
3. Able to stand and walk independently without the help of a walking aid or assistance.
4. The duration of diabetes will be considered as reported by the doctor and/or participant.
5. The recent HbA1c test reports of more than equal to 6.5%.
6. Willing to participate in the study.
7. The participants having single leg stance test <10 seconds / four step square test > 15 seconds or failed attempted.
8. People living at home and under the care of family members, guardian or care guardian.
9. Participants referred by the medical doctor
10. Participant who understand and follow the instructions.
11. Willing to participate
12. One minute stair climb test with oxygen saturation >= 88 using pulse oximeter.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with a history of neurological conditions like stroke, parkinsonism, vestibular disorders (except diabetic peripheral neuropathy), hearing and visual impairment that is not corrected, a limp, orthotic or prosthetic devices in lower limb, lower limb amputation or surgeries, patients who received a blood transfusion within the past 30 days, underlying illness, such as malignancy, active plantar ulcer, orthopaedic or rheumatic disease that affects functionality, unwilling to participate, terminal illness as reported by medical reports.
2. Score more than 8 on 6 item cognitive impairment.
3. Uncontrolled Diabetes.
4. Unstable participants with myocardial infraction and angina.
5. Hypertension not controlled with medications.
6. Score less than 6 on the rapid assessment of physical activity questionnaire.
