- Brief Summary
After tDCS, 46 patients showed clinical improvements in the VAS pain score on days 6, 13 and 36 compared with day 0 (p < 0.001). Improvement of FIQ was seen at day 13. The BPI and BFI were decreased significantly on days 6, 13 and 36. The most of improved indices were not maintained until day 36. There were no significant improvement in STAI-I, STAI-II and MOS-SS scores after tDCS. No serious adverse event was observed.

All patients are satisfied with the 2010 fibromyalgia criteria of American College of Rheumatology
They are not respond to conventional treatment such as pharmacological treatment
Their pain Visual Analogue Scale is 5 or more
Their Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire score is 50 or more
The patients who signed informed consent after enough explanation of the study
severe psychiatric disorder
previous history of brain surgery or organic brain disease
attachments such as intracranial metal implants
development disorder, pregnancy, drug abuse
