- •Lumbar and radicular pain in central spinal stenosis
- •-20 years = age < 80 years
- •-Patients who voluntarily agreed to this clinical study
- •-Both S1 radiculopathy and/or central back pain patient
- •-chronic lumbar and radicular pain lasting =12weeks
- •-Effect of epidural block < 1 month
- •-Numeric rating scale = 4
- •-Magnetic resonance imaging confirmed central spinal stenosis
排除标准
- •-Lumbar and radicular pain due to facet syndrome
- •-allergies to radiopaque contrast media or local anesthetics
- •-coagulopathy, infection, anticoagulants
- •-mental handicap or psychiatric condition precluding adequate communication
