Inclusion Criteria

ability to give consent, positive diagnosis of seropositive rheumatoid arthritis (ICD-10 M05.8), start of therapy, change of therapy or therapy escalation

Exclusion Criteria

Forseeability of the patient not being able to attend a year of treatment, lack of proficiency in the German language, patients suffering from unstabilized concomitant disease, no ability to give consent
