Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients posted for elective laproscopic cholecystectomy
- •2\.American society of anaesthesiologist physical status I and II
- •3\.Age from 18 to 65 years
- •4\.Either gender
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal and not able to understand study protocol
- •2\.Patient having allergy to study drug(levobupivacine)
- •3\.BMI equal or or more than 30
- •4\.Patient with acute cholecystitis
- •5\.Patient with severe pulmonary,cardiac,and renal diseases
- •6\.chronic alcoholism or drug abuse
- •7\.Patients receiving any sort of pain medication on chronic basis
- •8\.patient who needed conversion to open cholecystectomy or insertion of drain at the end of procedure
