Hypothyroidism is treated by synthetic thyroid hormone,which long time use may lead to many side effects.Homoeopathic system of medicine is the practice of medicine that embrace a holistic natural approach to the treatment of the sick.So carefully selected Homoeopathic medicine will be given by considering the physical and mental make up of the patient.The study includes both male and female of age group between 14 to 60 years.After giving the selected medicine the thyroid function test(TSH) will be compared before and after treament and follow up will taken after every one month.The study mainly focus on the primary type of Hypothyroidism.

- •1.patient with known case of hypothyroidism.
- •2.TSH value more than 5.0mlu/L 3.primary hypothyroidism.
排除标准
- •1.Patients who require medical emergency.
- •2.pregnant and lactating mother.
- •3.Advanced thyroid diseases and heart diseases.
- •4.Autoimmune hypothyroidism.

时间窗: To assess the effectiveness of Homoeopathic medicine in hypothyroidism, follow up will be taken at every month(30 days) and thyroid function test will be done at the beginning of study(i.e day 1) and will be repeated for every 2 months(i.e 8 weeks)till the end of study(i.e 6 months).
