Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •202 Persons aged 60 years; both sexes; diagnosis of diabetes mellitus explained in the records of the Family Health Units that make up the MR 4\.2 of Recife / PE.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Institutionalized elderly; Handicap; commitment to communication and / or cognition recorded in records; chronic complications in advanced stages (hemodialysis; amaurosis; sequelae of stroke / heart failure; active ulcer or previous amputations of lower limbs); limited mobility that can restrict access to Family Health Unit.
