入选标准
- •Ulcer present on any site of mouth like tongue, cheeks, inside the lips, palates.
- •Minor apthous ulcer.
- •1 â?? 5 in numbers
- •Size is less than 10mm
- •Tend to recurrence at less than 2 months interval.
排除标准
- •Infective :- Bacterial, Viral , Fungal
- •Traumatic :- Medical, Chemical , Thermal, Factitious injury, Radiation , Eosinophilic ulcer.
- •Major apthous ulcer, herpetic form ulcer
- •Associated with systemic disease: - Haematological diseases, Gastrointestinal tract diseases , Behcetâ??s disease (syndrome) , HIV infection, Syphilitic ulcer, Diabetic ulcer.
- •Associated with dermatological diseases :- Lichen planus, Chronic discoid lupus erythematous, Vesiculobullous disease
- •Neoplastic :- Squamous cell carcinoma , other malignant neoplasms
