Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Male 18\-35 years
  • 2\.Being Prehypertension condition (Systolic blood pressure 120\-129 mmHg and Diastolic blood pressure \< 80 mmHg)
  • 3\.No problems about communication and agree to join the research

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Diagnosis by doctor
  • \- Chronic kidney disease
  • \- Coarctation of the Aorta
  • \- Cushing syndrome
  • \- Pheochromocytoma
  • \- Primary aldosteronism
  • \- Sleep apnea, Parathyroid disease
  • 2\. Drugs using
  • \- Contraceptive pill
  • \- Angiotensin receptor blocker, Corticosteroid, NSIADs
