Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Male 18\-35 years
  • •2\.Being Prehypertension condition (Systolic blood pressure 120\-129 mmHg and Diastolic blood pressure \< 80 mmHg)
  • •3\.No problems about communication and agree to join the research

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Diagnosis by doctor
  • •\- Chronic kidney disease
  • •\- Coarctation of the Aorta
  • •\- Cushing syndrome
  • •\- Pheochromocytoma
  • •\- Primary aldosteronism
  • •\- Sleep apnea, Parathyroid disease
  • •2\. Drugs using
  • •\- Contraceptive pill
  • •\- Angiotensin receptor blocker, Corticosteroid, NSIADs
