Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All patients aged above 18\- years.
- •2\. with chronic pain condition, or diabetes on oral hypoglycaemic drugs or insulin
- •3\. under follow\-up for at least three consecutive months and likely to be under review for 6
- •more months.
- •Patients meeting the inclusion criteria will be enrolled from Pain clinic, and Diabetes clinic.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Refusal of the patients to give informed consent.
- •2\. Patient who are not tech savvy, i.e., not able to browse internet or mobile app.
- •3\. Poor Hindi language comprehension.
- •4\. Patients having other major/multiple co\-morbidities.
- •5\. Patients with past/present history of neuropsychiatric or neurodegenerative disorders
- •disturbance that might hamper the ability to understand/use the digital information.
