入排标准
入选标准
- •1. All patients aged above 18- years.
- •2. with chronic pain condition, or diabetes on oral hypoglycaemic drugs or insulin
- •3. under follow-up for at least three consecutive months and likely to be under review for 6
- •more months.
- •Patients meeting the inclusion criteria will be enrolled from Pain clinic, and Diabetes clinic.
排除标准
- •1. Refusal of the patients to give informed consent.
- •2. Patient who are not tech savvy, i.e., not able to browse internet or mobile app.
- •3. Poor Hindi language comprehension.
- •4. Patients having other major/multiple co-morbidities.
- •5. Patients with past/present history of neuropsychiatric or neurodegenerative disorders
- •disturbance that might hamper the ability to understand/use the digital information.
