Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adults aged between 18\-60 years belonging to ASA Physical status I and II.
- •Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgical procedure of hand, wrist and forearm
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal.
- •ASA III and IV.
- •Cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease.
- •Bleeding disorders.
- •Local infection at the needle insertion site.
- •Body mass index \>\= 40 kg/m2\.
- •History of seizures.
- •Patient allergic to local anaesthetics and study drugs.
- •Diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy
- •Peripheral vascular disease
