Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adults aged between 18\-60 years belonging to ASA Physical status I and II.
  • •Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgical procedure of hand, wrist and forearm

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient refusal.
  • •ASA III and IV.
  • •Cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease.
  • •Bleeding disorders.
  • •Local infection at the needle insertion site.
  • •Body mass index \>\= 40 kg/m2\.
  • •History of seizures.
  • •Patient allergic to local anaesthetics and study drugs.
  • •Diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy
  • •Peripheral vascular disease
