Inclusion Criteria
Adults aged between 18-60 years belonging to ASA Physical status I and II.
Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgical procedure of hand, wrist and forearm
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal.
ASA III and IV.
Cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease.
Bleeding disorders.
Local infection at the needle insertion site.
Body mass index >= 40 kg/m2.
History of seizures.
Patient allergic to local anaesthetics and study drugs.
Diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy
Peripheral vascular disease
Neurovascular injury to upper limb
