- •1)Children in the age group of 5-10 years
- •2)Children with ASA physical status I and II
- •3)Children capable of communication.
- •4)Children having bilateral primary mandibular molars indicated for extraction.
- •5)Children with Frankl behavior rating 3 and 4
排除标准
- •1)Children with the history of allergy to local anesthetic agent
- •2)Teeth with dentoalveolar abscess and sinus tract
- •3)Evidence of infection near the proposed injection site as this might affect the efficacy of local anesthesia
