Inclusion Criteria
Clinical signs and symptoms of all types of Bhagandara
Patients above the age of 18yrs and below 60 yrs
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with known case of Ulcerative colitis, Tuberculosis, Hidradenitis suppurativa , Carcinoma of rectum and anal canal.
Patients with other systemic illness like uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus ( HbA1C >8%) , HIV and HBsAg Positive patients.
Pregnancy and lactating women
Patients with Hb < 10gm%
Patients with impaired cardiac renal and hepatic functions.
