Exclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Ankylosing Spondylitis, Gout

Name Time Method 1. DASH (Disabilities of Arm, Shoulder and Hand) questionnaire <br/ ><br>2. AUSCAN (Australian-Canadian Osteoarthritis Hand Index) Questionnaire <br/ ><br>3. VAS (Visual Analog Scale) for pain <br/ ><br>4. JAMAR dynamometer for grip strength and pinch strengthTimepoint: The primary investigator will assess the above mentioned outcomes after the Orthopedic Surgeon refers the patient to the physiotherapy department at baseline only
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Radiological Examination by using X-ray of knee and hand using the Kellgren Lawrence Grading for Osteoarthritis and Ultrasonography of Hand for the presence of joint effusion, synovitis, capsule distention, power Doppler positivity, and cystsTimepoint: The orthopedic surgeon will refer the patient for routine X-ray for knee and on positive findings for hand symptoms, he will refer the patient for hand X-ray and Ultrasound at baseline only
