Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. start of an outpatient psychotherapeutical treatment (one parent)
- •2\. patient (parent) meets the criteria for a mental disorder according to DSM\-5
- •3\. patient is caring for at least one child between 1\.5\-16 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. patient or all children are already in psychotherapeutical treatment
- •2\. patient has a severe mental disorder requiring inpatient treatment
- •3\. severe impairment of all children requiring prompt treatment
- •4\. patient shows continuous benzodiazepine use
- •5\. insufficient German language skills
