Primary Outcome Measures

Hand hygiene as a professional behavior is one of the most effective waysto improve hospital infections. Timepoint: April 16, initial monitoring and 4, 8 and 12 weeks after the intervention(End of June, July and August months 2019). Method of measurement: The research tool: The World Health Organization's standard hand hygiene monitoring form and researcher-made questionnaire to assess the hand hygiene compliance behavior based on the structures of the Pender's Health Promotion Model.
