Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Participant age group 40 to 60 years.
- •2. Both males and female participant.
- •3. Participant with Kellgren and Lawrence Osteo knee arthritis grade 1 to 3.
- •4. Participant with Diagnosis of Tibiofemoral OA knee confirmed by a Radiologist.
- •5. Participant with Pain intensity >3 on a Visual Analogue scale VAS.
- •6. Participant with WOMAC score > 25 moderate level of difficulty performance ADL
- •7. Participant with restricted range of motion.
- •8. Participant having pain while walking and ascending stairs.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants excluded will be
- •1. Patients with Acute pain and inflammation.
- •2. Patients with recent fractures of lower extremity.
- •3. Patients with recent knee trauma.
- •4. Patients having other major musculoskeletal problems and having with red flag signs.
- •5. Patients having rheumatoid arthritis are excluded.
- •6. Patients having diabetes or hemophilia.
