  • •Patient of ward 17\.1 of the University Hospital Cologne
  • •\- Age \= 65 years
  • •\- Multimorbidity (\= 2 chronic diseases requiring treatment)
  • •\- Patient or proxy able to give consent
  • •\- Sufficient knowledge of German
  • •\- Degree of care \<4

  • •\- Age \< 65 years
  • •\- Lack of multimorbidity (\< 2 chronic diseases requiring treatment)
  • •\- Patient or proxy not able to give consent
  • •\- Lack of German language skills
  • •\- Degree of care \=4
