Inclusion Criteria
Examination tooth: pierced and caries-free 1st / 2nd molar
Caries free according to ICDAS II, code 0
Submission of the consent form
Permanent tooth (2nd dentition)
Exclusion Criteria
severe general diseases,
carious lesion on the examination tooth,
Patients with clearly restricted mouth opening,
lack of cooperation,
serious oral diseases,
known hypersensitivity to a substance used in the study,
unsigned declaration of consent,
gingivitis,
Draining the tooth is not possible

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Assessment of the quality of fissure seals after 12 months - in vivo. The target criterion was retention of two pit- and fissure sealants. For this purpose, the teeth were photographed before and after the seal and reevaluated after 12 months. Sealer losses were compared to the input shots and recorded. The retention rate was divided into complete, minor loss, loss up to half and loss over half.
