1.All the patients fulfilling case definition of Primary dysmenorrhoea.
2.Women’s age group 12 to 29 year are included in my study.
3.Patients suffering from Primary dysmenorrhoea, willing to participate and taking treatment regularly and co-operating for regular follow-up had been included.
1.Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life threatening illness.
2.Substance abuse and/or dependence
3.Patients under treatment with OCP, IUCD or NSAIDs. Patient under the treatment of any other therapy
3.Patients unwilling to participate in this research
