Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects between age group: 8\-23 years
- •Minimum dancing experience of 2 years
- •Practicing dance regularly for at least 1 hour for 6 days a week.
- •Hamstring tightness value: \-15 to 0 from Sit and Reach test.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with history of recent surgery of LL.
- •Dancers who are professionally included in any outdoor sports like football, badminton, judo etc. were excluded in order to restrain from error.
- •Dancers who had recent ankle soft tissue injuries.
