Ruptured aneurysm posted for Surgical Clipping
WFNS grade 1,2,3
Anterior circulation aneurysm
Exclusion Criteria
Postictal day 4 or more
Postoperative neurological deterioration due to surgical or systemic causes
Hydrocephalus
