Inclusion Criteria
• Unilateral intractable pain
• Eligible for Percutaneous Cervical Chordotomy
• Informed consent
• >18 years
Exclusion Criteria
• Recent invasive neurolytic treatment
• Dermal lesions at the site of stimulation (i.e. psoriasis, ulcera, infection)
• Subject currently has an active implantable device including ICD/pacemaker
