Inclusion Criteria

-Male or female aged between 18 - 40 years old
-Perform aerobic and/or resistance exercise at least 90 minutes per week
-Good cooperation and communication in Thai language
-Be able to follow the instruction and complete the tests
-Had a history of at least one lateral ankle sprain (LAS) with inflammatory symptoms (pain and swelling) that limited at least one day of physical activity
-The first sprain occurred at least 12 months before the participant recruitment
-The latest LAS occurred more than 3 months before the participant recruitment
-Has a history of giving way and/or unstable feeling of the ankle at least 2 episodes within the past 6 months
-Has scores equal or less than 25 of the CAIT

Exclusion Criteria

-Have pain at rest with visual analog scores (VAS) equal or more than 3 and/or pain during activity with VAS equal or more than 7 in any musculoskeletal structure of lower limb
-Had a history of previous surgeries, fracture in musculoskeletal structure of lower limb and/or spine
-Has an acute injury (within 3 months) in musculoskeletal structure of lower limb and/or spine
-Has any diagnosed visual disorders except myopia, astigmatism and hyperopia which already corrected by glasses or contact lens
-Has any diagnosed vestibular disorders
