Inclusion Criteria
She and her husband have a desire to participate in this research.
Have literacy to read and write.
Be Iranian and live in Mashhad
She is living with her husband.
She is the only partner of her husband's life.
Age over 18 and under 49 years of age.
A woman or her husband has no special medical conditions (diabetes - blood pressure - epilepsy)
A woman or her husband has no mental illness
Pregnant and lactating, and not intending to have a pregnancy during the study.
Exclusion Criteria
postmenopausal
use effective medications for sexual performance
There is alcohol or substance abuse
The conditions that prevent their sexual intercourse
a stressful incident in the last six months that can affect their sexual performance.
