- •1. Patients admitted to ICU/HDU at Kasturba Hospital, 2. Must meet the criteria for sepsis according to
- •sepsis 3 guidelines (2 or more SOFA -sequential
- •organ failure assessment score).
排除标准
- •1. Patients with thyroid dysfunction
- •2. Chronic kidney disease
- •3. Chronic liver disease
- •4. Pregnancy
- •5. Malignancy
- •6. Malabsorption
- •7. On drugs like steroids
- •8. Familial hyperlipidemias
- •9. Chronic inflammatory conditions like HIV, SLE,
- •rheumatoid arthritis
- •10. patients who left the hospital against medical advice
- •11. post operative sepsis.
