All Patients with Dushta-vrana measuring upto (5cm x 5cm) surface area.
Patients NOT suffering from any severe Systemic Diseases.
Patient of control Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension are included.
Selection is irrespective of religion, socio-economical status an occupation.
Patients having Dushta-vrana which measures more than (5cm x 5cm) surface area.
The patients suffering from systemic disease such as uncontrol Diabetes mellitus
and Hypertension, Hepatitis-B, Malignancy, Kochâ??s, Vericose ulcer, Deep vein
thrombosis, Arterial ulcer, Neurogenic ulcer, Leprosy, Pregnancy, Leukemia Acute
and Chronic renal failure, and cirrhosis of liver etc.
K/C/O HIV/HCV/HbSAg+ve patients
Wounds having excessive loss of Tissues

Name Time Method To assess the efficacy of Povidone Iodine solution dressing in the management of Dushtavrana (Infected Wounds). <br/ ><br>To study the aetiopathology of Infected Wounds as per Modern & Ayurvedic texts. <br/ ><br>To study the management of Dushta-vrana (Infected Wounds) as per Modern and Ayurvedic <br/ ><br>texts.Timepoint: 72 weeks
